Alhamdulilah For Series
This Islamic Journal, titled “Alhamdulilah For Series” is a beautiful and well-made journal, and I really enjoyed it, even more than my kids! ⠀ ⠀ The only confusing thing was the age range, I felt like the pictures were tailored more towards kids, but at the same time the journal entries were made more for teens/adults. It could probably be used differently for both, and there are a variety of different ways to have kids learn from it!⠀ ⠀ While younger children can definitely be read the book and understand it, the older kids can really get into journaling when they master writing perfectly. I also feel like they are more thoughtful and have more insight at an older age on gratitude. ⠀ What I really like about this journal is that it is not too lengthy and it doesn’t require too much effort, but has a big impact. ⠀ ⠀ By including a weekly theme and daily notes, as well as picture suggestions of what we should be grateful for, it makes it a habit to think about all of the blessings from Allah, and changes how a person perceives their days. ⠀ ⠀ Instead of spending the end of the day thinking of whatever is negative, we can think of what was positive. This positive thinking affects a persons mentality and makes the mind get used to focusing on the positive, until it becomes a natural habit.⠀ ⠀ The vibrant pictures and big words make it easy for children to be involved, even if it becomes just looking at and discussing one picture a day. ⠀ ⠀ It is so important to teach our children gratitude and remember our blessing ourselves. ⠀ ⠀ Allah said: “ And [remember] when your Lord proclaimed, 'If you are grateful, I will surely increase you [in favor]' “⠀ ⠀ Alhamdulilah for all of Allah’s blessings in our lives and may Allah continue to bless us!⠀ ⠀ Get your own from @ayeina_official
