Halal Socks: Eid-ul-Fitr theme

These socks from Halal Socks are so adorable! I actually had my kids wear them for culture day at school and I cannot wait for Eid to see them rewear them!

The duaa my daughter loves to say when she puts on her clothes(and socks):

الحَمْدُ لِلهِ الَّذِي كَسَانِي هَذَا الثَّوْبَ وَرَزَقَنِيهِ مِنْ غَيْرِ حَوْلٍ مِنِّي وَلَا قُوَّةٍ

All Praise is for Allah who has clothed me with this garment and provided it for me, with no power nor might from myself.

I love that our beautiful deen has a duaa for every aspect of our life! Having a duaa for every beginning and end of anything really helps children remember that Allah is a big part of their life and day to day activities and it helps them with remembering to practice their deen!

I definitely find myself practicing these duaas more as a mom and being reminded of them by my little munchkins! May Allah help us in raising successful, good, and kind young Muslims.
