Mustafa and Arwa go on a Zakat Adventure

What a cute story by Muslim Pillars ⠀ Mustafa and Arwa are two cute little children in search for treasure. They find a bunch of gold and wonder how to spend it. They think of their options like buying pizza and toys. But then they decide to help others with Zakat. They realize that helping others is the best way to spend their money and purify their hearts.⠀ ⠀ I love how this story is in cute rhyme and not too wordy at all. It uses beautiful pictures and simple words to teach kids about this important pillar of Islam.

This book is relatable to kids and fun for them to read and it is not too long of a read for parents. Perfect as a quick bedtime story! ⠀ It can easily be understood by children ages 4 and up.⠀ ⠀ The end also contains a glossary of the definition of Zakat and some fun facts. It is a wonderful resource for teaching children Islamic knowledge.⠀ ⠀ This series shows so much promise and I can’t wait to get my hands on the other books about these two adorable children.
