Zaydo Potato-Allah Loves Me

This is probably my favorite of the Zaydo Potato Series! I love how it teaches children of Allah’s love by showing them examples of all the people around them that love them! This encourages children to count their blessings, and remind them of all the love in their world.

This story is based on the hadith:

Allah's Messenger(pbuh) said, "If Allah loves a person, He calls Gabriel, saying, 'Allah loves so and so, O Gabriel love him' So Gabriel would love him and then would make an announcement in the Heavens: 'Allah has loved so and-so therefore you should love him also.' So all the dwellers of the Heavens would love him, and then he is granted the pleasure of the people on the earth."

It is a heartwarming tale that children will enjoy! My kids reached for their own cuddles from me when they saw the picture of the mother hugging Zaydo😍

One of my favorite parts of the series is that there is a potato on each page that my kids were so excited to find. The end also has lots of fun activities and reminds me of the ISPY books, which are so enjoyable!
